My new Hashimoto’s Disease diet.

It’s horrible, but oh well.

Breakfast: (Never varies)

  • Eggs and ham
  • 24oz of water

Snack: (Varies)

  • Brazil nuts
  • V8 Low Sodium Tomato Juice
  • Seeds
  • Apples
  • Grapes
  • Yogurt

Lunch: (Varies)

  • No red meat
  • No carbs
  • Cooked vegetables
  • Fish
  • Chicken
  • Potatoes (very limited)
  • Salad, salad, salad

Dinner: (Varies)

  • Tuna
  • Chicken 
  • Salmon

Restrictions and Rules:

  1. No sugar other than Stevia or Truvia.
  2. No caffeine.
  3. Limited dairy
  4. No gluten.
  5. Supplements such as Calcium, Iron, Vitamin E, D, B, Zinc, Selenium, Chromium, Fish Oils, Potassium, Coconut milk or oil must be taken at least 4 hours apart form Synthroid. 
  6. Exercise every day, at least 30 minutes.
  7. Water, water, water.
