- V8 Low Sodium Tomato Juice
- Seeds
- Apples
- Grapes
- Yogurt
Lunch: (Varies)
- No red meat
- No carbs
- Cooked vegetables
- Fish
- Chicken
- Potatoes (very limited)
- Salad, salad, salad
Dinner: (Varies)
Restrictions and Rules:
- No sugar other than Stevia or Truvia.
- No caffeine.
- Limited dairy
- No gluten.
- Supplements such as Calcium, Iron, Vitamin E, D, B, Zinc, Selenium, Chromium, Fish Oils, Potassium, Coconut milk or oil must be taken at least 4 hours apart form Synthroid.
- Exercise every day, at least 30 minutes.
- Water, water, water.
