Drive is not the best movie of the year, but I’ll tell you, it’s a surprisingly refreshing action film. It’s in it’s own way a beautiful film. The characters lack development but Ryan Gosling is probably one of the best actors I’ve seen in a while. He pulled off the whole silent thing perfectly. And his eyes are probably the glassiest most beautiful ones ever.
